About Us
Meet Our Owner, Volker J. Manns
Volker J. Manns learned his trade in an apprenticeship at Custom Carpentry Shop in Burgwald, Germany. Volker gained experience, work ethic, and the equivalent of years of woodworking knowledge in his three years there.
After the apprenticeship, Volker took the final examination to obtain his carpentry license. While working at some of the most well-known custom carpentry shops in the area, he attended night classes in pursuit of his Master Carpenter degree, which he received in 1997.
In 2001, Manns Carpentry was created. Since then, Manns has designed and created a multitude of woodworking and carpentry projects in the Texas Gulf
Coast area.
